This page explains what information Open Circle collects when you use the website or book an event ticket, why it is used, and how to contact us about it. We aim to collect only information needed to run the event and provide ticketing support.
Information we collect
When you make a booking, the ticketing system may collect your name, email address, phone number, selected event session, ticket quantity, booking reference, and payment status or transaction reference. We do not ask you to enter full card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials into Open Circle’s website.
How we use it
- To create and deliver booking confirmations and individual digital tickets.
- To verify payment, check ticket validity at the venue, and prevent duplicate entry.
- To respond to booking, refund, event, or privacy requests.
- To maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We use hosting and payment service providers to operate the website and process ticket purchases. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; Open Circle receives the payment result and related transaction references needed to confirm the booking. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of guests and the event.
Retention and security
We keep booking and transaction records for as long as needed to manage the event, address support issues, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable access controls, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, payment, or security reasons. Use the contact details on our Contact Us page. We will use the booking reference to help locate your records.
Cookies and essential storage
The website may use essential technical storage for security and administration, such as keeping an administrator signed in. The ticketing site does not need your payment credentials to issue a ticket.
Updates
We may update this page when our ticketing process or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published here with its updated date.
